The objective of the foundation is to promote the quantitative analyses of CO2 and Heat in the world and the recommendation of solutions or directions where solutions should be looked for , based on the consensus of societies about the desired level of CO2 and / or warming,
The foundation itself will refrain from expressing an opinion about the desired levels of CO2 and warming in the world although individuals within the foundations may have their own opinion.
